Eartech Customized In Ear
OverviewCongratulations! Soon, you will be the proud owner of the latest Eartech In-Ear System.
To create your custom In-Ear monitors, we require ear impressions. You can get these impressions from your local audiologist. It's essential to inform them that these impressions are intended for custom in-ear monitors.
Each custom in-ear monitor is meticulously crafted by hand, based on an exact replica of both your inner and outer ear. We adhere to medical standards for hearing aids to ensure a perfect fit and maximum comfort. Please make sure to provide your audiologist with a copy of these important instructions.
Instructions for the audiologist:
We need a complete ear impression, including the helix cartilage, concha, tragus, and antitragus.
Impressions should extend beyond the second bend of the ear canal.
Impressions should fully fill the ear.
Use high-viscosity silicone impression material.
While making an open-mouth impression, using a bite block is not mandatory.
You can download a copy of these instructions, and please ensure your audiologist understands what is required for the best possible fit experience.
Please make sure to securely package the ear impressions in a box and protect them with suitable packing materials to prevent any movement. Tissues can be used as an alternative to packing materials.
If you are unsure whether the ear impressions meet our requirements, you can take a photo of the impressions and email it to us for evaluation. This is highly recommended.
Once we receive your impressions and confirm your order, and the payment is completed, we will commence the production of your In-Ear monitors. Within 21 days, they will be ready and in your possession.
